Refund Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Gavna Music Composer comes with a 15-day free trial with every feature, so you can make sure it works for you, on your own computer, before you pay. For that reason, purchases are final, except in the cases below.

When we refund

We give you a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your purchase and:

• the app doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it together. Write to us first: most problems have a quick solution;
• you were charged twice, or bought a second license by mistake.

We also refund whenever the consumer-protection law of your country gives you the right to it. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How to ask

1. Write to info@gavna.digital from the email address you used to buy, or include your order number.
2. Tell us what happened. For a technical problem, include your version of Windows and what you see on screen.
3. If your case qualifies, we process the refund through Creem, our reseller, within 3 business days. The money returns to your original payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is disabled on every computer.
